Section titled “Overview”Status: active. TCR’s admissions communication is automated through n8n, managing the applicant lifecycle from submission through confirmation. See the Systems Overview for the full stage breakdown.
Why it exists
Section titled “Why it exists”Manually tracking and emailing applicants through each admissions stage doesn’t scale and is easy to let slip. Automating it through n8n means every stage change reliably produces both an applicant-facing email and an internal department notification, with no stage change happening silently.
Recent changes
Section titled “Recent changes”The email notification system was recently migrated. Colleagues (CJ, Lisa) were notified in advance of a brief downtime window during the migration.
Access
Section titled “Access”Not yet documented: who else can modify the admissions n8n workflows besides Wade.
Dependencies
Section titled “Dependencies”Depends on n8n for workflow execution, Cloudflare for time-gating the letter-of-intent step, and Google Workspace for email delivery.
